Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account so that you can start adding pieces to your Wishlist, however, you can place and track orders as a guest and sign up to a time that suits you. Please note, any orders placed under guest checkout will not show if you create an account at a later date.
How do i return or exchange an item?
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from V:PM Atelier, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return your items to us for a refund or exchange. Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all V:PM ATELIER tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund or exchange refused. To return: -Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +40737 026 017 to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number with your request. -Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package. -Attach the supplied return shipping label to the outside of the box. -Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the pre-determined time. Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, an exchange/refund* will be issued and an email will be sent to you.

What payment methods does V:PM accept?
We accept all major credit cards on our website. You can also pay with PayPal or APPLEPAY.
How do i book an appointment?

Can I reserve an item to buy later?
We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, reservations are unavailable. As a result, placing an item in your shopping bag or wishlist does not reserve it.
Which currencies can I shop in?
The currency that you shop with is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in EUR for a competitive exchange rate.
